I am Mike Koepke and I am the owner of Shifting Gear Adventures, LLC.   I went on my first bike vacation over 20
years ago and fell in love with the whole idea of supported riding.   After years of arranging bike travel trips for myself and for groups of friends across the US and France, I’ve honed in on a passion for bike oriented vacations and for helping others discover the simple beauty of exploring God’s creation and Man’s history on two wheels.   These many years of bike travel experience coupled with over 30 years working in sales, give me a great background to insure Shifting Gear Adventures creates the perfect bike vacation experience for you and your group!

Our mission at Shifting Gear Adventures can be summed up with three simple words, Relax, Bike, Vacation!   Our goal is to help you shift gears out of the hectic pace of life so you can Relax.  We can arrange all the details, like lodging, riding routes, transportation, bike rentals, dining options and side excursions coupled with developing guided or self-guided itineraries to match your travel ideas.  We also can provide you training guidelines to insure you get the most enjoyment  possible out of the Bike aspect of your trip.  In short, we want to make sure you have the best Vacation possible.  Relax! Bike! Vacation!
